About
Step into the soothing realm of The Covery’s Halotherapy, a natural and rejuvenating treatment that involves inhaling pharmaceutical-grade dry salt in a controlled environment. This centuries-old therapy offers a host of benefits, including improved respiratory health, relief from skin conditions, and overall wellness. As you relax in the salt-infused air, the micro-particles of salt work to cleanse your respiratory system and soothe skin ailments, while simultaneously providing stress relief for your mind and body.
Regular sessions in a salt booth can be a transformative addition to your wellness routine, helping you to breathe easier and embrace a renewed sense of vitality and well-being. Experience the healing properties of Halotherapy and savor the revitalizing embrace of its nurturing atmosphere.

How to Prepare
- We recommend wearing comfortable athleisure during your session. Salt Therapy is also great for skin health, so the more skin exposure, the better.
- Take deep breaths during your session to experience maximum benefits.
- Feel free to meditate, stretch, or simply relax during this therapy.
Don’t Forget
You might experience a slight cough during or after your salt therapy session – this is completely normal! The salt works to break up any lingering mucus while helping to clear out your respiratory system and boost your immunity.
