Thomas E. O’Keefe has been our General Counsel and member of the Board since August 2020. Mr. O’Keefe has also served as R-WELLNESS Fitness, LLC’s outside legal advisor since October 2017. He has been engaged in the private practice of law and business consulting since May 2017. From January 2013 to April 2017, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc., in Metairie, Louisiana.
