We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate esthetician to join our team at The Covery Wellness Spa. As a key member of our team, the Esthetician will help clients achieve and maintain healthy and beautiful skin through personalized skincare treatments and advice. The Covery Wellness Spa specializes in providing noninvasive therapies designed to enhance and optimize the health journeys of those in the communities we support. The focus of The Covery Wellness Spa is to create a peaceful and tranquil environment where clients can escape from the stresses of daily life and focus on self-care. Whether its through a relaxing salt sauna, a revitalizing facial, or a cryotherapy treatment, the goal is to help clients feel refreshed, renewed, and restores both physically and mentally.
Responsibilities:
Customized Skincare treatments: Conducting personalized skincare treatments that cater to the wellness needs of clients, focusing on relaxation, rejuvenation, and promoting overall wellbeing. This may include facials, gentle exfoliation and hydrating masks designed to promote relaxation and stress relief.
Mind-Body Connection: Recognizing the connection between mental and physical well-being and incorporating techniques like facial massage and acupressure to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
Education on Wellness: Provide education on the importance of skincare as part of a holistic wellness routine. Including tips for maintaining healthy skin through lifestyle choice, nutrition, and self-care practices.
Wellness consultations: Offer consultation to assess clients’ skin conditions and wellness goals and recommend skincare treatments and home care routines that support their overall well-being.
Create a Tranquil Environment: Ensuring treatment room environment promotes relaxation and tranquility, with soothing music, calming scents and comfortable amenities that enhance the overall wellness experience.
Client Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with clients based on trust, empathy, and understanding of their individual wellness needs to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Keeping records and maintaining a clean workspace: As an esthetician, you will need to keep accurate records of client treatments, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all equipment and tools are properly sanitized.
Requirements:
- CPR/AED
- State license to practice as an Esthetician.
- Proficient in utilizing scheduling and lead generation software, email, Word, and Excel.
- Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
