General Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Manager to lead our sales-driven team at The Covery Wellness Spa. As a key member of our leadership team, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the spa, with strong emphasis on driving sales and revenue growth. About The Covery Wellness Spa

The Covery Wellness Spa specializes in providing non-invasive therapies designed to enhance and optimize the health journeys of those in the communities we support. The focus of The Covery Wellness Spa is to create a peaceful and tranquil environment where clients can escape from the stresses of daily life and focus on self-care. Whether it’s through a relaxing salt sauna, a revitalizing facial, or a cryotherapy treatment, the goal is to help clients feel refreshed, renewed, and restored both physically and mentally.


● Lead the Client Specialist team and nurses in daily duties.
● Be sales and goal motivated. This is a highly sales-driven position.
● Keep all work areas clean, safe, and orderly at all times.
● Follow and enforce all spa rules and systems.
● Always enforce confidentiality of all clients and follow HIPAA guidelines.
● Manage proper non-medical (retail) inventory levels and controls.
● Identify and manage outreach events.
● Always operate the spa as guided by the ownership and/or corporate team while maintaining a positive and rewarding relationship with the team and the local community.
● Manage the preventative maintenance program on all equipment according to guidelines.
● Train all team members in non-medical duties.
● Conduct weekly meetings in order to communicate effectively and timely with the team.
● Communicate regularly and as scheduled with ownership and of corporate team.

General Manager Job Description

● Conduct regular staff meetings.
● Work in Client Specialist position 20 – 30 hours per week as guided by ownership and/or corporate team while also performing his/her other management duties.


● CPR/AED certified
● Proven ability to manage operations, budgets and drive sales
● Must be comfortable and confident in sales and interacting with clients to promote or upsell services and gain memberships.
● Proficient in utilizing scheduling and lead generation software, email, Word, and Excel.
● Ability to work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.
