CryoSkin utilizes various cold temperatures to achieve different goals. It consists of 4 programs: CryoSlimming, CryoToning, CryoChin and CryoFacial.
CryoSlimming uses heat and extreme cold (-8°C) to destroy subcutaneous fat cells. CryoToning uses cold temperatures (0°C) to tone the skin, eliminate cellulite dimpling, and aid in the production of collagen and elastin. CryoFacial, like CryoToning, uses the cold (2°C) to rejuvenate and tighten the skin; it also aids in the production of collagen and elastin.
Treatment times vary but all take less than 45 minutes.
CryoSkin
CryoSlim employs controlled cooling to target and eliminate fat cells in specifc areas, such as the abdomen, thighs, and arms. As these fat cells undergo apoptosis (cell death), they are naturally expelled from the body, leading to reduced fat deposits in the targeted areas. This non-invasive treatment is perfect for those aiming to reduce stubborn fat pockets that are resistant to diet and exercise.

What to Expect:
CryoSkin utilizes a wand attachment to gently glide over the treatment area. Depending on the program, the body will reach very cold temperatures to achieve the desired goals. It is a painless procedure with no downtime.
Potential Side Effects:
Localized redness and sometimes soreness is a common reaction that disappears after a few hours. Occasionally, a hive-like reaction with some itching and redness may occur. This typically resolves over the next 24-48 hours without consequences.
Who can’t have CryoSkin treatments? Anyone with the following conditions:
- Severe Raynaud’s Syndrome
- Very poor circulation
- Pregnant women
- Severe diabetes
- Cancer
- Liver disease
- Kidney disease
- Botox/Fillers in the treatment area (must wait 1 month after Botox; wait 90 days after fillers)
Frequency: 3-7 treatments, depending on individual goals, metabolism, and aftercare. CryoFacial and CryoToning 1x every week; CryoSlimming 1x every 2 weeks; CryoChin every 1-2 weeks (depending on your goals)
How to Prepare:
Avoid sugar and caffeine for a minimum of 2 hours before your treatment. Avoid exercise immediately before, as it will make it more difficult to cool the body down. Maintain a healthy diet and exercise regimen prior to your treatment.
Aftercare:
Avoid sugar, carbs, and alcohol for a minimum of 2 hours after your treatment. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Drink at least 1.5 liters of water each day to assist the body in flushing the dead fat cells out. Use our BallancerPro compression pants on the third day after your treatment to help promote lymphatic drainage.
IMPORTANT: CryoSlimming treatments are not beneficial for those requiring weight loss but rather for the vast majority of those who have problems areas like cellulite and stubborn fat. Clients with a BMI over 30 will not benefit from CryoSlimming treatments.
