The rejuvenating power of Heat Therapy is available in our Foundational Therapy Memberships or can be purchased a-la-carte and through packages.
What to Expect:
An Infrared Sauna session at The Covery is approximately 35 minutes. Furthermore, our Sauna temperature is kept between 140-150 degrees, but it may be adjusted based on your preference. During your session, the infrared heating panels will heat your body from the inside out. Finally, you will feel very warm and will likely sweat a lot!
How to Prepare:
- We recommend light athleisure clothing or a bathing suit for your session.
- We provide complimentary towels and robes, as well as cold towels to refresh yourself after your session.
- We provide a Bluetooth connected iPad with access to Netflix and Apple Music for entertainment during your session.
- Members are welcome to utilize our in-spa shower and toiletries after your session.
Don’t Forget:
Be sure to hydrate before, during, and after your session. We offer complimentary citrus or cucumber infused water daily.
