What to Expect

Our Cold Plunge sessions last between 1-5 minutes depending on your comfortability and desired benefits. Our Plunge water temperature is kept at 48 degrees Fahrenheit, but you may request that it be made warmer or colder in advance of your session. After a Cold Plunge, you can expect to feel increased energy, reduced pain, and enhanced sleep optimization.

How to Prepare

  • We recommend wearing a bathing suit during your session.
  • We provide plastic bags for your wet garments. 
  • We provide toe and hand covers to keep your extremities safe.
  • Practice your breathing prior to your session. We recommend taking slow, deep breaths before and during your session to help calm your mind and body.

Don’t Forget

  • Contrast therapy is a great way to use cold plunge! We recommend 30 minutes of Infrared Sauna followed by 5 minutes of Cold Plunge to increase circulation and help boost energy and immunity.
  • Members may use our in-spa shower and toiletries to freshen up after your session.
