Ka’Sandra Simmons
Ka’Sandra Simmons has over 10 years of experience in healthcare, operations, customer service and staffing. Her previous experience managing a health data information company responsible for release of information at over 400 healthcare facilities. In addition, hospital systems, provides her with the leadership background and organizational skills needed to continue pushing The Covery forward. Creating standard operating procedures and site protocols, staffing, onboarding, payroll, reporting, scheduling, training, and working with multiple systems are only a few of the skills she brings to the table.
Ka’Sandra takes joy in creating and implementing policies and procedures, building and maintaining great client relationships, and going above and beyond to get the job done and take the business to the next level. With health and wellness as a personal priority, she is excited to join The Covery and be part of a brand that is passionate about the same. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and making lifelong memories with family and friends.
